Curry Cauliflower and Red Lentil Stew

I know I know, you expect rich and restaurant decadent meat forward but the truth is, I often cook with just vegetables. Honest. And this recipe that I did for Duda Family Farms is so good, I had to share where to find it!

We had it for dinner, next day I had it with a fried egg for breakfast. Delicious and great option for when weather makes us want to stay in.
